I cannot login to the Control Panel...

If you are unable to login to our control panel there are a number of things to try....

  • Ensure that both 'JavaScript' and 'Cookies' are enabled for your web browser and firewall / anti-virus software
  • Ensure the username and password you are entering exactly match what has been issued to you including the case of each letter
  • If you copied / pasted the username and password try typing them manually, sometimes spaces at the start and end can be inadvertently copied as well
  • Ensure you have logged out of any previous Control Panel session by clicking Log Out - then close all copies of your web browser and try to Log In again
  • Try using a different web browser (if you have one - for instance Safari, Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox etc.) or on a different computer.
