Do you offer telephone support for your outgoing email service?

We do not offer telephone based support as for the great majority of users it is not required - doing so would increase our costs and result in significantly higher prices for all users.

Instead we:

  • Publish a great deal of detailed information online including a support knowledge base and many setup guides
  • Endeavour to reply to all enquiries received via email or online web forms as quickly as possible
  • Provide access to an online control panel where you can manage your account and access message history / error logs
