We do not recommend
you change your username unless specifically
required by your email program.
We do recommend you
change your password every 1-3 months.
The most secure passwords are:
- Longer - we recommend a 'minimum'
of 6-8 characters - in most cases the longer the
password the more secure it is!
- Mixed case alphanumeric - i.e.
Abb43kHr2m
- Not standard dictionary words.
- Not easily guessed - i.e. your
name, names of other people in your family, pets,
dates of birth or your favorite pop star / sports
person etc.
- Not obvious - i.e. do not use 'password',
'letmein' or the same as your username.
- Not used in multiple places!
