I get a 'not authorized to send' error message?

When you sign up for an AuthSMTP account - the email address you use is automatically allowed to send mail using your account.

If you have additional email addresses you send mail 'from' you need to authorize these for use with AuthSMTP - to do this please login to your Control Panel at: http://control.authsmtp.com

If you still get these errors after correctly authorising your email 'from' addresses check that the email address (as listing on your email program) does not have any additional characters before or after the email address - for instance it should just be something like:

first.last@domain.com
Correct!
 first.last@domain.com
Has a space at start or end of email address
'first.last@domain.com'
Has extra characters before or after email address
