If your email is getting caught
(incorrectly) as SPAM it could be due to:
- People may be emailing you as
you@your-domain-name - then you are replying as
you@your-isp-name.com - their
email program or anti-spam system may automatically
'white list' the email address they sent to
not the address you reply as!
- Email addresses as you@free-email-provider.com
or you@your-isp-name.com may get blocked because of
other people sending SPAM from other email addresses
on these types of domain.
- If the SMTP server you are currently
using is mis-configured or running off a dialup or
DSL/ADSL connection it may not have the correct forward
/ reverse DNS entries.
AuthSMTP can solve the first two problems by letting
you send email 'out' as you@your-domain-name.com and
of course our SMTP servers and IP addresses are correct
- all helping to reduce the chance of your emails being
caught as SPAM.
