Yes - you can upgrade your AuthSMTP mail relay account at any time.
The good news is there is no upgrade penalty as the upgrade cost is just the difference between the account you have and the account you want - this is then calculated pro-rata for the time remaining before the renewal of your account.
As an example if you had AuthSMTP 1 and wanted to upgrade to AuthSMTP 2 - the difference in cost is $16.00 : 9.00 : 13.00 per year. So if you had 6 months to go before renewal you would only pay $8.00 : 4.50 : 6.50 to upgrade.
